Customer Care Hosts
- These shining stars ensure every customer has a memorable experience in every way. From guiding customers around the facility to acting as an information point and even helping a mom get a high chair for her little one, our hosts make sure to add a little extra to the exceptional service our customers receive.
Facility Maintenance/Custodial
- These worker bees show so much passion for a sparkling facility. No corner, classroom, deck, lobby, or washroom will go unchecked when our maintenance team is around. Just ask them how much they enjoy their job. You might be surprised!
Program Instructors-Fieldhouse
- Do you know how to take a tennis ball and instantly create a new game that involves people of all ages? Our Fieldhouse instructors do and they can teach you ways to have more fun than you ever thought possible while staying healthy and active at the same time. Pick any piece of gym equipment and they will help you find a way to use it.
Program Instructor-Children Services
- No grown up experience is necessary when you work in our Children’s areas. You only need to be young at heart and know what little ones need and LOVE. Our instructors play hard and love every minute of it. Proficiency in painting, building blocks, dress up, and puppets is an asset. The sky is the limit with children.
Event Hosts
- You really know how to make a day special if you are one of our event hosts. Any occasion will seem special when the plans are turned over to our team. We are in the business of making wishes come true and we specialize in creating magical experiences for little ones on their BIG day.
Weight Room Attendants
- If you have a question or need a spotter, this team is there to help. There is no place on earth better than a weight room and success lies in seeing healthy, active customers who are committed to being their best. Tips and advice are always free.
Leaders in Training
- This team of dedicated volunteers is looking for ways to have an experience of a lifetime. There are unlimited ways to get involved and have an impact on others that will impact you at the same time. Everyone has a unique journey ahead of them.
Fitness Instructors
- This is what gets customers out of bed at 5am and keeps them going throughout the day. There are as many ways to lead a group through an amazing workout as there are instructors and we are always looking for the best. Come and see if one of our instructors or trainers will motivate you to “give it all you got”.
Administration Team
- Communication Central is what we call this team who can give you information about everything. No question is too silly and no request is too bazaar for our Administration team and they will make every effort to get you the answers you need. This is your communication link to every program imaginable.
Lifeguards
- What other job is out there where you can wear shorts, a T-shirt, and a bathing suit 365 days a year in Alberta? This team of trained and skilled experts knows what it takes to keep you safe around the water. Safety is the key to having the time of your life when you and your family are playing in the water.
Water Safety Instructors
- The only thing our instructors love more than the water is teaching others to enjoy the water. Our instructors are trained to help you enjoy and respect the water to make sure you get the most from your water activities. Anyone can learn to love the water.
